Due to the unique and/or fragile nature of these materials, these collections do not circulate, and we ask our patrons to observe the following guidelines:

1. Researchers are required to provide one of the following types of identification:
   • Columbia College ID card
   • ID card from a CARLI or LIBRAS college or university.
2. Researchers must stop at the 2nd floor Reference Desk or 4th floor Information Desk and fill out a request slip that provides the following information:
   • Title
   • Call number of the item you wish to view
